Welcome to Elanzaa perfumery. By visiting our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility and Account Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our services and place orders. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display our perfumes, packaging, fragrance descriptions, sizes, and other product details accurately. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or supplier changes.

Fragrance preferences and longevity can vary depending on skin chemistry, weather, application, and storage. We do not guarantee identical performance for every customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges. Any additional charges will be disclosed before checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include prepaid online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders paid online are subject to confirmation by the payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks, but we will assist with reasonable payment-related enquiries.

4. Order Placement and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

We may need to reject or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will arrange the applicable refund without imposing a customer cancellation fee.

We will contact you if clarification or additional information is required.

5. Order Cancellation and the ₹100 Fee

A cancellation fee of ₹100 may apply to a customer-requested cancellation of a confirmed order, whether the order was placed using COD or prepaid online payment, only where the fee is lawful, proportionate, clearly disclosed before purchase, and supported by applicable law.

If a cancellation fee is lawfully applicable, the amount will be deducted from the eligible refund, and the remaining amount will be returned through the applicable refund method. For COD orders, any amount already collected in advance will be handled in accordance with the disclosed cancellation terms.

We will not apply this fee where prohibited by law, including where the order is cancelled by us, or where the customer is entitled to a refund or other remedy because of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product or another legally protected circumstance.

Where applicable law requires us to bear an equivalent cancellation charge when we cancel an order unilaterally, we will comply with that requirement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and make reasonable arrangements to receive their parcels.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

- Submit false information or impersonate another person.

- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or customer information.

- Copy or misuse our branding, images, or content without permission.

The Elanzaa perfumery name, logo, website content, product photography, and original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use these materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled by courts or consumer dispute-resolution bodies having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory legal remedy available in another competent forum.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Applicable legal requirements will continue to apply to existing orders.
